1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and win3max ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the win3max website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the win3max platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility

To register and use the win3max platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of win3max or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the win3max platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by win3max or any applicable regulatory authority.

win3max reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by win3max may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the win3max platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Philippine mobile number (09XX format) or email address.
• A secure password that you will keep confidential and not share with any third party.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your win3max account. You must notify win3max immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. win3max will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

win3max reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the win3max platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank transfer options as displayed on the platform.
• Deposits are credited to your win3max wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. win3max is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• win3max targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 3 minutes for GCash withdrawals, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• win3max reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• win3max reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

5Bonuses & Promotions

win3max offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and daily login rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• win3max reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account without compensation.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the win3max platform, including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and table games, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics audited by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and verifiable.

By participating in any game on win3max, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and win3max makes no guarantee of winnings.
• You will abide by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the win3max server records, the server records shall be the definitive and binding record of game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. win3max reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and to refund the applicable wager.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or any other means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win3max platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win3max staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8Responsible Gaming

win3max is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered win3max players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the win3max platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of win3max or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win3max platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from win3max.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform.
• Use any win3max trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or digital medium.

Any unauthorised use of win3max intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win3max, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, win3max expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond win3max's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game odds, RTP figures, or promotional materials.
• Decisions made by you in the course of gameplay, including wagers placed and their outcomes.

In all cases where win3max is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of win3max to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win3max account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Termination

win3max reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• A determination by win3max, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the Services.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, win3max will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any applicable fees or amounts owed to win3max, within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, win3max reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting win3max support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and win3max that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall limit win3max's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13Amendments

win3max reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, win3max will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the win3max platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.
